The Smart Quote Builder works on desktop, tablet, and mobile, so you can create quotes from the office, at home, or while you’re out on jobs.

How to access it on mobile

1) Open the Smart Quote Builder link on your phone.

2) Fill in the customer and job details.

3) Enter labour, materials, travel, VAT, and profit settings.

4) Tap Generate Customer Quote Message.

5) Review the AI-written customer message.

6) Tap Save Quote to GHL.

7) The quote will be saved to your CRM automatically.

What happens after saving

Once you save the quote, the system will:

Create or update the customer contact

Create or update the opportunity in your pipeline

Save the quote details as a note

Add the correct tags automatically

When you’re with a customer or quoting after a visit, use the quote builder to quickly estimate the job and save the details straight into your system.

This helps keep your quotes, notes, and pipeline organised without needing to write everything down manually.
