This protects your number from spam misuse, ensures compliance with telecom regulations, and allows us to enable automation securely.

Verification is mandatory for:

  • SMS & call automation

  • AI messaging features

  • Invoicing & online payments

Approval typically takes 1–3 business days after submission.

Accepted examples:

  • Certificate of Incorporation / Articles of Organization

  • Companies House registration document (UK)

  • Business Registration Certificate

  • EIN Confirmation Letter (US)

  • UTR or VAT Certificate (UK)

Requirements:

  • Must be government-issued

  • Must show the legal business name

  • Document must be clear and legible

Accepted examples:

  • Utility bill (electric, gas, water, internet)

  • Business bank statement

  • Government-issued letter

Requirements:

  • Address must match the address provided during onboarding

  • PO Boxes are not accepted

  • Document must show business name or trading address

Accepted examples:

  • Passport

  • Driving licence

Requirements:

  • Must be valid (not expired)

  • Name must match the business owner / director listed in this form

  • Photo and details must be clearly visible
