Verification is mandatory for:

Invoicing & online payments
Approval typically takes 1–3 business days after submission.

Certificate of Incorporation / Articles of Organization
Companies House registration document (UK)
Business Registration Certificate
EIN Confirmation Letter (US)
UTR or VAT Certificate (UK)
Requirements:
Must be government-issued
Must show the legal business name
Document must be clear and legible

Utility bill (electric, gas, water, internet)

Address must match the address provided during onboarding
PO Boxes are not accepted
Document must show business name or trading address

Name must match the business owner / director listed in this form
Photo and details must be clearly visible
